1. Acceptance

By accessing or using AiSkin.tech, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Not a medical service

AiSkin.tech provides cosmetic skin analysis for informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not replace consultation with a licensed dermatologist. Any suspected medical condition should be evaluated by a healthcare professional.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the analysis engine.
• Upload images of anyone who has not consented to being scanned.
• Use the service to make medical diagnoses or treatment decisions for others.

4. Intellectual property

The AiSkin.tech brand, diagnostic engine, ingredient grading, and site content are our property. You retain rights to any image you scan, but we do not retain a copy of it after analysis.

5. Availability & changes

We provide the service on an "as available" basis. We may update, add, or remove features at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiSkin.tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the preceding 12 months (which for the free scanner is zero).

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and binding arbitration if necessary.
