Every scan runs through a 5-stage diagnostic pipeline. Here's what happens between the moment you tap "Analyze" and the report on your screen.
High-resolution frame from your device camera, WebRTC direct — never leaves your browser without consent.
Isolates skin regions of interest: forehead, cheeks, T-zone, jaw. Non-skin pixels are excluded from analysis.
A specialized computer vision model scores 8 dermatological markers in parallel: acne, redness, pigmentation, texture, pores, wrinkles, oiliness, hydration.
Each marker is calibrated against a dataset of dermatologist-labeled images to produce a normalized 0–100 severity score.
Ingredient rules translate your marker profile into a morning + evening routine drawing from a library of 200+ evidence-graded actives.
Agreement with dermatologist labels on our validation set of 12,000 images spanning Fitzpatrick skin types I–VI.
Scans are processed in memory and discarded. No images are retained on our servers unless you explicitly opt in.
