1. What we collect

Scan data: When you use the live scanner, your device camera captures images which are sent to our analysis engine. Images are processed in memory and discarded immediately after analysis. We do not store them on our servers.

Demo bookings: When you book a demo, we collect the name, email, and any additional context you provide. We use this only to schedule and follow up on your demo.

Analytics: We collect anonymous usage metrics (page views, feature usage) to improve the product. No personally identifiable information is included.

2. What we don't do

We don't sell your data. Ever.
We don't train third-party models on your scans.
We don't retain images beyond the scan session.
We don't require accounts, passwords, or personal profiles.

3. How your scan is processed

Each scan is sent over HTTPS to our AI diagnostic engine. The image is analyzed, a report is returned, and the source image is discarded from memory. Only the anonymized numerical marker scores exist after processing — never the image itself.

4. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies to keep the site working. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar frameworks, you have the right to request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@aiskin.tech for any request.

6. Not medical advice

AiSkin.tech is a cosmetic analysis tool. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a licensed dermatologist for medical concerns.
